what is the resting pulse rate of a pregnant woman in the first trimester?

could having a pulse rate of 90 be a sign that i maybe pregnant?

i think there are better predictors of pregnancy than your resting pulse rate. it really has nothing to do with it. as the pregnancy goes on your heart rate increases as you pump more blood and have to carry more weight around, but in the beginning it shouldn’t be an issue. i’d get a test if i were you.
