So if you believe in the practice and you are a virgin, you will think you have nothing to worry about. Oppositely, if you believe in the practice and are not a virgin, then you will think that the court will know that you have had sex at least once. And since this court is obviously idiotic, that could be interpreted to imply guilt in this case.

If you have an unknown binary state (i.e., 0 or 1, yes or no, virgin or not a virgin), you can’t assume that both states are equally likely. For instance, did fairies steal my missing socks, or not? Obviously, the likelihood of fairies stealing my socks is very low.
