How does pulse change pulse rate change when a person is subjected to pain, exercise, and changing body position?
Thank you!
pain may raise your hear rate (HR) though it ‘s more common for pain to raise ones blood pressure…exercise always raises HR as it tries to keep up with increased demand for oxygen and glucose, and to move the "waste products" coming from the muscle. If we stand up too quickly, our blood pressure can drop, and the heart may speed up to help compensate. Every time we change positions, the heart is there, ready to make changes, if need be, to keep equilibrium in the body. Any underlying pathology in the body can make this a different picture, though.
