Instructions:
Initialize the patch
First thing is throw some more portamento on there Id Say Around 54 or so
Next change the range to 14
Set oscillator Bs velocity to -4
Set Osc A to Sweeping Saw
Move the motion to -64, the octave to 2, the semi to 0, and the cent to -8
Switch on Osc B and also set it to Sweeping Saw
Set the motion to -64 and the octave to 4, the semi, to 7, and the cent to 8
Set the release to 28
Turn on the shaper and select clip set the amount to 127
Select the button near the volume on Octave A
On filter a turn the frequency all the way up
Pump up the volume to about 100
Duration : 0:7:10

I personally would have a computer for general and i’d use a Mac as a work station for writing. mainly because i like the feel and layout of the mac, also the OS uses less CPU so i can push how much i have playing at once more!

How to get this sound with other sequencers/synths:
- can be done with all kinds of subtractive Synthesizers
- just layer two different oscillators.
* 1st Osc: Waveform: Saw , Finetuning + 8%, Octave 0, Semitones 0
* 2nd Osc: Waveform: Saw, Finetuning – 8%, Octave +2, Semitones +7
- for the 1st Osc set up a Lowpass Filtertype with 0% Resonance and about 80% Cutoff (nearly fully opened)
- clip the 1st Osc’s Signal with a Waveshaper
- EQ

You cant record the guitar in reason. Cubase is the best programm to record it i think. then u can make a wav file and import it in Reason (NNXT or Redrum)
