took my blood pressure with a home monitor while laying in bed. it was 124/76 and my pulse/heart rate was 72 bpm.
sitting it was 132/83 pulse rate 78 bpm
I took it a minute after standing and it was 137/90, pulse rate 91bpm
BP changes as you do, if you move it will go up but yours is fine because you could take your BP 10 times and it would be different every time. Always for a correct reading take your BP while sitting down with both feet on the floor and in your left arm. I work in the ICU unit of the hospital and also teach EMT’s to become Paramedics. You are in good shape.
Yes, that is OK.

Your readings are on the top end of average, bordering on prehypertensive. In short, they are not too bad, but they could be a bit better. Your readings are not a cause for immediate concern, and do not require treatment, but generally you want your systolic (the larger number) to be under 120 when you are at rest. Minor diet/lifestyle changes my help you get there if it is a concern for you.
