Using a photo copyer stepper motor as a pulse generator

Hi what i am showing here is pulse power .. using a stepper motor attached to a drill at 2000 rpm ..im charging up capacitors then discharging with ..no load on the stepper or drill …

    i have … simple …
    i have … simple system …peak voltage peak voltage seems to be effected (depends) on frequency of pulse timing to capacitor charging .. this will also be affected by capacitor discharging via arc jump like E D GREYs system … (one would guess)but this small steppers peak through the multiplyer seems to peak at 330v ..(cameras flash capacitor) ..

    What is the peak voltage? you should hook up the other phases…
