magnetic loop motor contol

The motor on my magnetic loop antenna being controled by a pulsed power supply.
Video shows how it can be slowed right down to almost stop.

    It will be all explained in my upcoming videos , but it is capable of handling the high voltages — oh yeah ,, and it cheap.

    Keep an eye out for my vidoes in a couple of months time.

    I am actually half way through building a new loop for my QTH rite now.
    I still have quite a bit to do but I am in no real hurry.
    It is to be used in winter time , so I still have a month or two left.

    I actually went with a totally different idea of controlling the capacitor electronically.

    I have built a controller for a digital RC servo and this will work against a drum capacitor.

    Never heard of a drum capacitor ?
