Ya i wouldnt advise doing anything of the sort, but he is a free man to do as he pleases I guess. Just pray nothing goes wrong, because if it does go wrong it can go real wrong.

its a projection, I do tests into an hho meter, and record the voltage and amperage, with enough data points you learn that a cell outut x if the input is y.

Per hour, just multiply by 60, 5 x 60 = 300L per hour for idle, and twice that for full rpm. etc.
