No not in the slightest. He needs to first do a 24 hour ECG trace and then take it from there. Did he do other blood work? Having a normal pulse and BP does not exclude pathology.

Generally, those tests are not enough to allow a doctor to rule out any heart problems. There are many heart problems that are only diagnosed via more thorough examinations. As a rule of thumb, always err on the side of caution – especially when it comes to your heart’s health.

You can request to have more thorough tests done via hospital/cardio specialist. Your doctor has many methods available that would help rule out any heart problems. EKG/ECG, CT scans, Chest X-rays, Echocardiograms & exercise stress tests.

Ask your specialist about these tests.

Yes all those tests done are suggestive of heart or lung problems, there may be more advanced ones, but if those preliminary tests are fine there is no need to

It could be acid reflux that you are experiencing, might be good to monitor what you eat and if certain foods aggravate it. try to avoid large meals or laying down right after eating

it also could be injury that you are experiencing – if its a more dull pain

you can talk to the pharmacist about over the counter products he would recommend depending on what ur condition is.
