Your mother should be seeing an endocrinologist for treatment.
It’s amazing that she has diabetes and is not told to check her sugars ?
Don’t start any treatment or testing until you get a great endocrinologist.

Sorry but there isn’t one monitor that will doo all that!! You will need 2 different monitors.

Doesn’t her insurance cover her glucometer? You can get her a new one, but it must match whatever the insurance will do for covering the costs of the strips.

Now as to the meter for testing heart! You can get a decent one at Wal Mart for less than $50.
