    i need help with my homework it eurgent

    After exercise, you body has an "Oxygen Debt" in which the muscles are filled with lactic acid, a byproduct of anaerobic respiration, so the heart pumps at a fast speed until all the lactic acid is removed and the Oxygen Debt is filled.

      Because you’re out of shape. One of the hallmarks of people in athletic shape is that their pulse returns to normal relatively soon after the cessation of exercise.
