What is a normal exercise pulse for a teen?

What is a normal pulse rate for a 14 yr old after just five minutes of exercise? My daughter’s heart rate after 5 minutes running around, not jumping, on the trampoline was 114. She has been getting bad headaches during exercise that go away when her pulse slows. Now before any of you say take her to the doctor, she’s been there and will be seeing a cardiologist as soon as they make the appointment. If this helps: she’s 14, 5ft tall, and 88lbs of muscle due to 6 yrs of gymnastics. Please help, thanks.

The maximum heart rate is 220-your age so with her it would be 206. You say she gets headaches after her pulse slows but what does it slow down to? I am not a doctor by any means but I bet the headaches are from something other than her heart. Hopefully the cardiologist can clear this up and give her a clean bill of health on her heart.
