Well how about measuring how long it takes your pulse rate to return to normal after different periods of exercise?
For example - take your pulse rate at rest.
Now exercise(e.g. jog on the spot) for e.g. 2 mins, stop and take ur pulse rate, then 30 secs later take it again, etc until it is back to normal. Then, exercise for 5 mins and do the same and record how long to get to normal, then exercise for 10 mins and check again, then for 20 mins and check again. I suspect you will find that the longer you exercise for, the longer your pulse rate will take to return to normal. Good luck...
