  • Pulse Negative – Cold Blood

Posted by admin on February 9th, 2010 and filed under blood pulse | 4 Comments »

On her search for more survivors of the infection, Charlotte (may change name later) encounters a teenage girl trapped in her family’s house by her sister, Ginger, who has been afflicted by the infection. Charlotte must find a way for both of them to escape.

I wrote the script for this a few months ago, intending on having it just be a short film involving myself playing two roles; that of the main character, and that of the zombie. Eventually I came to realize that it would probably be easier if I asked a friend to play the zombie for me. Tucker enjoys playing a zombie, so I asked her if she would help me. October happened to be over at my house as well on the day we were planning to do the shoot, so I went back and added in a part for her as well.

During the process, my friends and I discovered that Pulse Negative would probably make a relatively cool short internet series. As such, this is just the first of several installments (how many exactly, I don’t know). Expect to see more of myself, Tucker, and October in future Pulse Negative videos, along with other special guests such as DawnFrost, the creator of “The Legacy of the Night” and a friend and fellow YouTuber, ShuShuChooChoo!
