Can I still have aheart condition if I excercise for 30 minutes and then immediatly after have a normal blood pressure (120/80) and pulse (100)?
One, you are not exercising hard enough if your heart rate comes back down to 100 immediately. Two, if you are vigorously exercising and have a heart condition, you had better be doing this with the permission of your physician. There is no way to know if you have a heart condition without specialized testing. Exercise tolerance will not give you this answer.
