Caffeine is known medically as trimethylxanthine, medically, caffeine is useful as a cardiac stimulant and also as a mild diuretic (cardiac stimulant means more pulse rate, mild diuretic mean more toilet usage). More heart beat = the more blood flows.
The more blood flows doesn't mean high blood pressure, if your blood pressure going up its mean that something blocking your vein. And that mean you need to have your body check up, and ASAP.
References :
yes and yes.

drink more water and juices with potassium and vitamin c.

your body is starving for those elements and some hydration.

caffiene dehydrates... shrinks arteries.... makes the heart work harder.
References :
caffeine can definitely raise pulse rate without a doubt but so can many other things and conditions. Not sure your blood pressure is a result of caffeine only. If you are symptomatic with it, it's safer to see your doctor for further monitoring in case you need treatment.

put it down to simple things once more serious causes have been ruled out or treated. You'll feel more reassured that way. you are young and want to stay healthy!

alternatively, try cut down caffeine to see if it makes a difference and if not then you definitely should see your doctor. Don't leave it too long.
References :
Yes, but I read a recent study that found it only does in occasional caffeine users. It didn't seem to affect the BP of regular, long-term coffee drinkers. But I think some people are much more sensitive to caffeine.
References :
Yes, but only if you tend to be sensitive to it. It has that reaction for everyone to some degree, but every person has a different tolerance to caffeine. Try cutting back gradually to avoid a serious withdrawal headache (and the one you will give to every one else because you're grumpy). Cold turkey is not a good idea. A heart rate over 100 is NOT GOOD! You should be around 60 bpm. Your heart is pumping nearly twice as fast as it should be, which brings about a small list of health concerns. As a result, you are probably not sleeping very well.
